Our Service Desk operates from 8:30am to 5:30pm weekdays for ah-hoc clients, and 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for our full support clients, giving answers to all problems that don't require an onsite visit.  The Service Desk can be accessed online with the use of our Remote Technician tool which lets us control your computer to fix problems fast, this is also great for talking clients through a not so common task while we watch thier progress and give advice.
