Here at Sentinel Technologies, we believe in having friendly IT Staff who can deal face to face with our clients and make things easy to understand. We will only send competent engineers who we would be happy to have work on our own systems.
You can access our onsite support via phone or our web based job logging system. This allows clients to log jobs, assign importance in relation to other jobs, and view the jobs progress. If you do not have a login for this service, please call us now!
Clients on a full support plan with us can access onsite support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, along with constant Service Desk access via phone.
Our Ad-Hoc clients can request onsite support between the hours of 8:30am and 6pm on weekdays, times outside of these are also availabe but are charged at time and a half.
