This tool should be downloaded to your desktop and run from there.  Simply double click on the blue swirl icon called “Sentinel Remote0.exe” (click on run if you get an open file security warning) then you will see our logo on the right and the words "Double click to make a connection" on the left.  Simply double click on the location of the engineer and that’s it!

We then receive a request for service and can take control of your PC to fix a problem.

so we can have an engineer ready to accept the connection.
