Sentinel Technologies were referred to us by a personal friend of one of the partners here.

Sentinel came in and did a free audit on our system and immediately found the root cause of our computer problem.  They presented a plan and that weekend they completely fixed all the problems on our network which had been causing us major productivity problems and costing us a great deal of time and money for months.

We are now on a support plan with Sentinel.  They take complete responsibility for our network and we get only one invoice a month, which is a breath of fresh air as we can get on with doing more important things.  We know that our backups are working properly and the Sentinel people always turn up when we need them.  They liaise with our software support company and organise everything directly with them so that we don’t have to be involved in the day to day operations.

The Sentinel people are very unobtrusive.  They come in after hours and take care of updating not only our computers and antivirus but also our other software applications such as Law Library, MYOB and Legal Forms.  We are very pleased with our move to Sentinel Technologies and they have consistently exceeded our expectations, we would recommend them to anyone.
